Not All Real Estate Agents Are Alike

Training and Experience is the Key

In addition to helping my clients sell and/or purchase millions of dollars of real estate, I have earned the highly respected ABR, CCIM, CRS,e-PRO,GRI and RRS Designations. Less than 1/2 of 1% of all Real Estate Agents in the world have obtained all of these designations.
My Philosphy is simple: Have the best education, knowledge and experience to better serve my clients.

Accredited Buyers Representative®

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who met the specified educational and practical experience criteria set by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®.

An ABR® must complete comprehensive REBAC course work in buyer representation and successfully pass a written examination. They must also demonstrate a practical experience of having completed five closed real estate transactions in the field of buyer representation and be a member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®.

Buying a home today can be much more complicated than in the past. It is difficult to know why you should use an Accredited Buyer Representative rather than Aunt Suzy, Cousin Bill or the fellow from the church.

    Certified Commercial Investment Member®

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. As an experienced expert, a CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user.

The 240 hours of graduate-level curriculum leading to the designation represent the finest education available in real estate. A CCIM must pass a rigorous exam and submit a resume of qualifying sales representing a minimum of 10 transaction representing $5,000,000 of volume, or 20 transactions no matter what the volume, or $30,000,000 in volume no matter what number of transactions. The supporting data for each sale must include Annual Property Operating Data as; well as After Tax Cash Flow Analysis and an explanation the client's goals and objectives, and how those goals and objectives were achieved through the hiring of the agent. These professional experience requirements ensure that a CCIM is skilled not only in theory, but also in practice. Only a few real estate professionals hold the CCIM designation, which reflects the caliber of the program and why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
